Choosara is a small operation, and the guides here get better when people who actually know these mountains and courses tell us what we have got wrong. If you spot an error, disagree with a recommendation, or think we have overlooked somewhere that deserves inclusion, we would like to hear from you.

What to Get in Touch About

• Factual corrections. Wrong acreage, outdated pass affiliation, a lift that no longer exists, a course that has changed hands. These are the most useful messages we receive.
• Missing destinations. If a resort or course belongs in one of our guides and is not there, tell us why.
• Comparison tool issues. If a resort will not load, data looks wrong, or something is broken, let us know what you entered and what happened.
• Image and content queries. If you believe an image or piece of content has been used incorrectly, contact us and we will address it promptly.
• Business and partnership enquiries. Advertising, content partnerships, and similar.

What We Cannot Help With

To save you time, a few things we are not able to assist with:

• Booking changes, cancellations, or refunds. We do not process bookings. If you booked through a link on our site, contact the provider directly — Hotels.com, Expedia, or whoever handled the reservation.
• Lift tickets and tee times. These must be arranged with the resort or course directly.
• Safety and conditions advice. For avalanche conditions, road closures, or terrain safety, always consult the resort, ski patrol, and official avalanche and transport authorities.
